Our package pricing is set for up to 6 guests and remains the same whether you have 2 to 6 tents. For parties requiring more than 6 tent setups, an additional fee applies per extra tent.

Our sleepover parties are designed for children ages 5+, tweens, teens, and even adults! We tailor each event to be age-appropriate, with themes and activities to match.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking to reserve your date. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a future date (subject to availability).

The final payment is due 7 days prior to the date of the event. If payment is not received or the date is not changed, the security deposit will be forfeited.

Parties should be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. If booked within 1 week, the full balance is due at booking.

Parties can be rescheduled for a later date, as long as the party is rescheduled within 7 days. Security deposit is non-refundable but transferable within 6months.

We’ll do our best to accommodate additions (subject to availability). Reductions are okay, but the original booking fee remains.

We deliver, assemble, and style your chosen teepee décor. After your event, we return the next day to pack it all up.

Each teepee and bed is about 3.5 ft. by 6.5 ft. We typically need at least 16 ft. by 24 ft. depending on number of tents.

Typically set up is between 2pm-6pm and pick up is between 12 noon and 2pm EST. Duration may vary based on your arrangements.

Yes. Extension cords are used to inflate air mattresses.

No. Just send pictures of your space on the day of setup.

Make sure the area is clean, pet-free, and as open as possible. Failure to have an open space with furniture moved out of set up area will result in a late set up fee of $50. Late setup fee applies after 20 minutes of scheduled set up time.

Yes! Any theme or colors can be customized for $50–$100 depending on the theme and number of guests.

Absolutely! Select party props from the add-on list or discuss something special with us. Additional pricing applies.

Yes! Send us your guest list with preferred name spellings at least 1 week in advance.

Yes! Popular themes include Gamer, Sports, and more. Let us know what your child is into.

Yes! Teepees are 5 ft. tall and use twin-sized air mattresses. Adult themes are considered custom. Contact us for options!

All materials are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. Bedding is professionally laundered.

Yes. We use non-fragrant, hypoallergenic detergent on all bedding to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

We love pets, but please keep them off the teepees to prevent damage to the air mattresses and fabrics.
